The Shady Lady Range includes a two-year manufacturing warranty and a five-year UV rating on the material. The warranty does not cover incorrect installation, storm or hail damage, mechanical damage, fire, lightning, or damage caused by birds or other animals. Remove the sail during severe weather warnings and periodically check all fixing points.
To clean the sail, use mild dishwashing liquid, a low-pressure hose and a soft brush. Do not use high-pressure water or solvent-based cleaners. Store the sail carefully away from pests when it is not in use.
