Installation Instruction

Sand timber or marine plywood to a clean, smooth surface and remove all dust, oil and loose material.
Stir the sealer thoroughly and apply an even coat by brush, roller or spray.
Allow it to dry, sand lightly, remove dust and apply further coats as needed to fill and seal the surface.
Finish with a compatible Crystal Paints marine topcoat.

Marine Plywood & Timber Sealer – Crystal Paints

Specially formulated for marine standard applications.

It has an excellent gloss holdout, sands easily, high filling.

Surface must be clean, free from oils and loose particles removed before application

Applications by brush, roller, or spray.

If spraying, thining with turpentine may be necessary.

The drying time is 4-6 hours depending on weather conditions.

Coverage is 6-12 square metres per litre

Can be overcoated with water-based or solvent-based topcoats.
